Ganesh Himal (7,422 m) is a sub-range of the Himalayas located mostly in north-central Nepal, some peaks lie on the border of Tibet.

Ganesh Himal Crystals feature a wide variety of inclusions, sometimes making the crystal clear interior of the Quartz resemble a garden. Ganesh Himal Crystals are rare and wonderful not just because of its magnificent beauty, but also because of its story. The mine is located at around the 4,400 m mark and thus is too dangerous for heavy machinery to access. All of the crystals sourced from this mine are hand gathered and carried down the mountain on foot. All of the Ganesh Himal Crystals that we have in stock have also been hand collected from the people who carried them down the mountain.
