Shipping Policies

 Please be prepared for delays during the holiday season. Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual for some product categories.

Before contacting us about your orders, keep in mind that like many others in the industry, our fulfillment times are slower than usual for some product categories. If you have placed multiple orders, some may ship before others. Your order’s status changes in your Dashboard as soon as it starts fulfillment or shipping.

Many of our products are imported or handmade. Because of this & the metaphysical nature of our products, being small batch, handmade, and ONLY prepared during new moons, all orders ship within 14-21 business days. Excluding holidays and weekends. A tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout to acknowledge your order has been received. Order will ship any time after that, up to 21 business days priority mail.

If you are ordering during a sale, please understand shipping may be extended due to receiving a larger volume of orders.

Refunds/Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped priority mail & covered with $50 insurance under the USPS. Please call them to file a claim. After orders are shipped by begood organix, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders.

Right to Refuse Service

We like to keep the vibes light at begood, so if a customer is rude, opens frivolous claims, or vibes are just OFF, we will deny said customer the right to purchase from begood INDEFINITELY.
