Shea butter- High concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins make shea butter an ideal cosmetic ingredient for softening skin. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. Using shea butter on your body, especially your face, can condition, tone, and soothe your skin.

Directions: Write your desires on a piece of paper. Place the paper underneath the candle. Start burning the candle on a Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday while listening to positive affirmations. Shower first, then take one scoop & add the soak to your bath water. Sit in the soak for 20-30 mins while listening to positive affirmations. Air dry. Repeat for 3-7 days.
